Profile

Tremendous shooter, one of the best shooters in the whole D1 (39% with 299 attempts in his senior year at Kent State). Troy is been a key player on the offensive side in his whole college career. 3rd in the Conference for Offensive Rating, 7th in Offensive Win Shares, 12th in the Offensive Box Plus/Minus. Defensively he is a great stealer. He finished as best in the Conference in 2018 with 1.8spg. In his senior year he is also been 2nd for 3pts made, 3rd for 3pt% and 20th in points made. In his rookie year he had a very solid season in Pro A with Tuebingen establishing himself once again as a sniper finishing the season with the 41% from the long range. But Troy is not only a shooter, he can attack the rim as well, he reads the defense in a good way and can finish around the rim aggressively as he showed this season in Ukraine and UK.
