'Experienced scoring combo guard with a tough and solid frame, great scorer, able to knock from the 3pts range or attack the rim. Good ball-handler, Derrick is a very good passer able to impact the game as P&R handler as well.

He is been one of the best players in the Italian A2, before join Balkan to play in NBL and Balkan League. In Italy he reached the A2 Semifinals with Ravenna and with Torino he won the Regular Season and reached the SuperCup FInals.
