'Lombardi wrapped up his final season with the Crimson Hawks this March earning multiple All-Atlantic Region nods (NABC, D2CCA) as well has his second career first team All-PSAC West selection. He averaged 17.3 points and 5.2 assists in leading IUP to a PSAC West regular season title, PSAC tournament championship, No. 1 seed in the Atlantic Region, and a No. 2 final ranking in the NABC Division II Top 25 poll. Arguably the best guard in the PSAC West, Lombardi was the only player in the conference and one of three in the Atlantic Region to average more than 17.0 points and 5.0 assists per game. The PSAC Tournament MVP, Lombardi became IUPs all-time assist leader this season finishing his career with 567. He dished out seven or more assists nine times, posting a career-high 12 against Pitt-Johnstown, and had three double-doubles. A deadly shooter from deep, Lombardi led the PSAC and ranked eighth in Division II with a school record 106 made 3-pointers this season. His 273 career treys are third most in IUP history. He finished his career with 1,603 points and is the only player in program history with at least 1.300 points and 500 assists.
