Dynamic athlete and playmaker, adept at creating offense for himself as well as teammates. Paulius has excellent size, athleticism, quick first step and good playmaking skills. A high level athlete for a guard with excellent speed and quickness, as well as explosive leaping ability. Aggressive, physical, creates contact and draws fouls. He excels in transition beating opponents off the dribble and scoring with contact. Effective as the ball handler in the pick and roll. He has a solid understanding of the game and plays with good energy. Excellent defender. He has improved his 3PT shooting consistency, but shooting remains an area that he needs to improve upon.
